CMS DE-SynPUF claims dataset – This dataset represents ~5% of the full SynPUF dataset and includes demographic, clinical, and cost variables applicable to the Medicare population. For more information about the SynPUF dataset, visit the CMS website.
- NHANES III mortality dataset – This dataset provides mortality follow-up data from the date of NHANES III survey participation (1988-1994) through December 31, 2006. The resulting linked dataset provides the opportunity to explore the association between a vast array of health factors and mortality.
Archimedes simulation dataset - A 5,000-person dataset sampled from a multimillion virtual-patient dataset generated by the Archimedes Model and based on NHANES. It is representative of the US population and includes demographics (age, sex), biomarkers, and outcomes related to COPD, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases, and medication usage.
- China Health and Nutrition Survey dataset - The CHNS dataset is created based on a merged dataset of 2009 CHNS biomarker data and 2009 CHNS physical exam data. The coronary heart disease, stroke outcomes are simulated by Archimedes based on the baseline characteristics of each individual. For more info on the CHNS dataset visit the Univ. of North Carolina project webpage.
